These Website and Booking Terms apply when you use this website, request a quotation or book travel services with Voresta Tours, trading as Voresta Tours. Your written quotation, confirmed itinerary and invoice form part of the agreement. If a booking-specific document expressly differs from these general Terms, the booking-specific term applies to that journey, subject always to mandatory law.

Voresta's role for a particular journey—organiser, retailer, ground handler or intermediary—will be identified in the quotation or confirmation where that distinction affects your rights.

02

Booking your journey

  • Website itineraries, availability and displayed prices are invitations to enquire unless the page expressly offers an immediate booking.
  • A binding contract begins when Voresta issues written confirmation and receives any deposit stated in the quotation.
  • The lead traveller must be at least 18, provide accurate information and be authorised to accept these Terms and payment obligations for every traveller named in the booking.
  • Please check names, dates, services and passport details immediately. Tell us promptly about an error; supplier charges for later corrections may apply.
  • Special requirements are part of the contract only when Voresta accepts them in writing.

What your quotation should show

The destination and dates, accommodation and meal plan, transport, guides, activities, entrance fees, approximate group size, service language, accessibility information, total price, taxes, payment timetable, and the principal exclusions. International flights, visas, gratuities, insurance and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly included.

03

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency stated in the quotation and include taxes and fees known to Voresta at that time, unless clearly identified otherwise.
  • The quotation states the deposit, balance deadline and accepted payment method. A booking may be cancelled if payment is not received after reasonable notice.
  • The traveller is responsible for bank, card and currency-conversion charges imposed by their provider. Card data is handled by the identified payment provider rather than stored in full by Voresta.
  • Obvious pricing or calculation errors do not bind either party. Voresta will correct the quotation before confirmation or offer the choice to accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

After confirmation, Voresta will not change the price unless the contract and applicable law permit it. For a qualifying European package, any permitted increase is limited to specified transport costs, taxes or exchange-rate changes, must be explained and calculated, and cannot be made in the final 20 days. An increase above 8% gives the traveller additional choices.

04

Traveller changes, transfers and cancellation

Requests must be sent in writing by the lead traveller. They take effect when Voresta receives them.

  • Voresta will try to accommodate date, name or service changes but cannot guarantee them. The traveller pays only the actual supplier charges and reasonable administration costs disclosed for the change.
  • Where applicable package-travel law gives a right to transfer the booking, the traveller may transfer it to a person who meets the journey requirements on reasonable notice. The parties remain responsible for the balance and actual transfer costs as the law provides.
  • A traveller may cancel before departure. The quotation will state reasonable cancellation charges based on timing, non-refundable supplier commitments, expected savings and the ability to resell services. Voresta will explain the calculation on request.
  • No refund is normally available for a no-show or a service voluntarily left unused after travel begins, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at or near the destination significantly affect a qualifying package or transport to it, applicable law may permit cancellation without a fee and a refund of package payments.
05

Changes or cancellation by Voresta

Jordanian conditions sometimes require a change in route order, hotel, camp, vehicle, guide or timing. Voresta may make an insignificant operational change and will use a reasonably comparable alternative where possible.

If Voresta must make a significant change before departure, it will explain the change and its price effect in writing and provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include accepting the change, accepting a suitable alternative or cancelling for a refund. Any minimum group size and the deadline for cancelling because it was not reached will be stated before booking.

If Voresta cancels because it cannot perform the contract, it will refund the amount legally due within the applicable deadline. Additional compensation may not be payable where cancellation results from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances or a disclosed minimum group size is not reached.

06

Traveller responsibilities

Documents

Each traveller is responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and entry or transit requirements. Voresta will provide general destination information where required but cannot guarantee an authority's decision.

Health and accessibility

Tell Voresta before booking about mobility needs, allergies, dietary requirements, pregnancy or medical circumstances relevant to safe delivery. Suitability and accepted adjustments will be confirmed in writing.

Insurance

Travellers should obtain appropriate medical, evacuation, cancellation, baggage and repatriation cover from booking until return. Any compulsory insurance will be identified before confirmation.

Do not send passport, card or sensitive health information through the general contact form. Use the secure or otherwise appropriate channel Voresta identifies when the information is needed.

07

During your journey

  • Follow reasonable safety directions from guides, drivers, accommodation providers and site authorities, as well as Jordanian law and local cultural rules.
  • Voresta may end a person's participation where serious, unlawful or abusive conduct creates a safety risk or materially disrupts others. The traveller remains responsible for resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.
  • Report a service problem without undue delay using the local contact details supplied with the booking. This allows Voresta to investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy or alternative.
  • Voresta will provide reasonable assistance to a traveller in difficulty, including information about local health, authority or consular services and help finding alternative arrangements. A reasonable actual-cost fee may apply only where the difficulty was caused intentionally or negligently by the traveller and the law permits it.
Emergency support

Voresta Tours prioritizes the safety and well-being of our guests throughout their journey in Jordan. Our team maintains close communication with guests, professional guides, drivers, and local partners during tours. In case of an unexpected situation or emergency, we provide prompt assistance and coordinate with the appropriate local services and trusted partners to help ensure our guests receive the support they need.

08

Service responsibility and liability

Voresta uses hotels, camps, carriers, guides and other independent suppliers to perform travel services. This does not remove any responsibility Voresta has as organiser under mandatory law. When Voresta is acting only as an intermediary, that role and the supplier's applicable terms will be identified before booking.

Where Voresta is responsible for a service failure, the available remedy may include correction, a reasonable alternative, price reduction or compensation as required by the contract and applicable law. Compensation may be reduced where the traveller caused the loss, failed to take reasonable steps to limit it, or where an unrelated third party or unavoidable extraordinary event caused it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or unlawfully limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where it cannot be limited, or any mandatory traveller or consumer right. Any other contractual cap applies only where lawful and will not undercut a higher protection required by an applicable international convention or consumer law.

09

European package-travel protections

Mandatory rights come first

Some combinations of accommodation, passenger transport and tourist services may qualify as a package or linked travel arrangement. If Voresta directs and sells such travel to a European country and its mandatory rules apply, those rules override any inconsistent part of these Terms.

Before a traveller is bound, Voresta will identify the arrangement and provide the legally required information relevant to that booking. Depending on the applicable rules, this may include:

  • Responsibility for proper performance of the package and assistance when a traveller is in difficulty.
  • Rights concerning transfer, significant changes, qualifying price increases, termination and timely refunds.
  • An emergency contact and a process for reporting a lack of conformity.
  • The identity and contact details of any legally required insolvency-security provider, including protection for refunds and repatriation where applicable.

If a quotation does not identify whether the arrangement is a package or does not provide expected security information, ask Voresta before making payment.

10

Personal information

Voresta uses booking, passport, flight, accessibility and other information to plan and deliver the journey, coordinate suppliers and comply with law. The lead traveller must be authorised to provide accompanying travellers' details and must make the Privacy Policy available to them.

Health information and marketing choices are handled through separate, appropriate consent or other legal processes; acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent for marketing or unnecessary sensitive-data use. See the Privacy Policy for purposes, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and individual rights.

11

Complaints, law and disputes

Please raise an operational problem during the journey using the supplied local contact. A post-travel complaint should be sent to info@vorestatours.com with the booking reference, a clear description and relevant evidence. Voresta will acknowledge it and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

The parties should first try to resolve a dispute directly and in good faith. Details of any competent complaint body or alternative dispute-resolution process that applies to the booking will be provided where required. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not listed because it was discontinued in 2025.

These Terms and the contract are governed by the laws of Jordan, and disputes may be submitted to the competent Jordanian courts, except that this choice does not deprive a traveller or consumer of mandatory rights, protections or jurisdiction available under law that cannot validly be excluded.

12

Website use and updates

Voresta owns or is licensed to use the website's text, design, photographs and branding. They may not be commercially copied or republished without permission. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or misuse forms.

Destination information and sample itineraries are general planning material and may change with season, availability and local conditions. Voresta may update these Terms for future bookings and will display a new effective date. The version accepted with an existing confirmed booking continues to govern that booking unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise or mandatory law requires a change.
